If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may request an exchange or return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be in perfect, unused condition, exactly as you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Your full name
Your order number
The reason for the exchange
You will receive a response with the necessary instructions to complete the exchange.
If your item has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

A description of the defect, along with photos or videos
We will evaluate your case within 10 days from the date we receive the returned item. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method at no additional cost to you.
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
You will receive a prepaid return label or authorization code by email after your request is approved.
Note: We do not cover packaging costs. If possible, reuse the original packaging (if undamaged) or use a suitable box to ensure safe transport.
